Condition 1: This shall be the standard for car and motorcycle/bicycle parking in urban and town areas of all cities and provinces, in accordance with the annex.
Condition 2: The parking standard shall be enforced on private land, outside the public road. It shall apply to new construction, alterations to a building’s function, and applications for a seal of approval.
Condition 3: The number of parking spaces specified in the annex to this standard is a minimum requirement. Where a calculation results in a decimal, the result shall be rounded up to the next whole number.
Condition 4: This decision shall take effect from the date of signature.(29.01.2007)
